Ingredients
- Firm potatoes
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic (peel not removed)
- Fresh rosemary
- Coarse salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F, then cut the potatoes into large quarters.
- Mix the potatoes with oil, garlic and rosemary, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
