Ingredients
- Medium Semolina
- Zucchini
- Red Bell Pepper
- Onion
- Vegetable Broth
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat the chopped vegetables in a pan, then add the broth.
- Remove from heat, stir in the semolina, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Strain with a fork, then season to taste.
