- Medjool Dates, pitted
- Almonds
- Cashews
- Cocoa Powder
- Melted Coconut Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Deposit the dates, almonds and cashews in a food processor, then mix until a sticky and slightly granular paste is obtained.
- Add cocoa powder, melted coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Mix again until the mixture is well homogeneous.
- Transfer the preparation to a square mold or a container lined with parchment paper, then press firmly to compact it well.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the preparation is firm.
- Unmold and cut into bars or squares before serving.
