Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (T00 or T55)
- Warm water
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Dry yeast
- Rosemary
- Black olives
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, yeast. Let rest for 1 hour folded 2 times.
- Spread on oiled baking sheet. Poke holes. Brush with oil + rosemary + olives.
- Bake at 425 °F for 20 to 22 minutes.
