Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Eggs
- Neutral oil
- Plain yogurt
- Grated zucchini
- Grated Comté cheese
- Baking powder
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine zucchini and cheese.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes.
