Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Warm milk
- Butter
- Sugar
- Salt
- Dry yeast
- Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Knead all ingredients except butter until gluten is formed. Add butter in pieces.
- Let it rest for 1 hour. Shape into a greased cake pan.
- Let it rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 350 °F for 30 to 35 minutes. Unmold when cooled.
