Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- honey
- Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- paprika
- black pepper
- salt
- lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt and lemon juice.
- Place the pork chops in a bag or dish, then pour the marinade. Coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Grill the pork chops for about 5 to 6 minutes per side, until cooked through (safe internal temperature).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Note: Add a drizzle of BBQ sauce at the end of cooking for a sweeter and caramelized version. Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
