- Liquid Cream
- Egg Yolks
- Sugar
- Vanilla Pod
- Burning Sugar
Instructions
- Infuse cream with vanilla. Mix yolks and sugar.
- Bake in a water bath at 300 °F for 45 minutes until set.
- Cool. Dust with sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch.
