- Mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce
- Green onions finely chopped
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Butter
- Mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Add the green onions, parsley, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs. Mix gently.
- Gently fold in the crab meat to keep visible pieces.
- Form 8 equal-sized patties with your hands.
- Place the remaining panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish, then lightly coat each patty.
- Place the patties in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with the sauce, lemon wedges, and a green salad.
- Note: for a more delicate texture, avoid overmixing the crab meat. The patties can also be baked in a preheated oven at 400 °F for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
