Ingredients
- Baguette or country bread (sliced)
- Ripe tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Mill ground salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the basil. Mix with finely chopped garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Grill the bread slices in the oven or toaster until lightly toasted.
- Generously spread each toast with tomato preparation and serve immediately.
