- Rice Cakes
- Chicken Breast
- Carrot (julienne)
- Cucumber (sticks)
- Fresh Coriander
- Soy Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Cooked Vermicelli Rice Noodles
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce and nuoc-mâm for 15 minutes then sauté in a pan until cooked through.
- Soak a rice cake in warm water for 10 seconds. Fill with chicken, vegetables, noodles, and herbs.
- Roll tightly. Cut on the bias if desired. Serve fresh.
