- Rainbow Carrots
- Parsnips
- Turnips
- Olive Oil
- Honey
- Thyme
Instructions
- Cut vegetables into regular pieces.
- Preheat oven to 400°F with oil and thyme for 30 minutes.
- Brush with honey. Continue for 10 more minutes until caramelization.
