- Eggs (separated)
- Sugar
- Butter
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- Beat egg whites until stiff with sugar.
- Mix yolks with chocolate. Fold in egg whites three times. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
