Ingredients
- Ground beef and pork
- Breadcrumbs
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Egg
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, and salt. Form into balls.
- Brown the meatballs. Set aside. Sauté garlic, add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Return the meatballs to the sauce. Finish with chopped basil.
