Ingredients
- Potatoes (firm flesh) (2.6 lbs)
- Liquid cream
- Whole milk
- Garlic
- Nutmeg
- Butter (for the dish)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes finely. Rub the gratin dish with garlic.
- Line the dish with potatoes, season, cover cream + milk. Nutmeg.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F until cooked through and surface golden.
