Ingredients
- Mussels from the bouchot (cleaned)
- Dry white wine
- Scallion
- Garlic
- Flat-leaf parsley
- Butter
- Mill ground pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the shallot and garlic in butter. Add mussels and wine.
- Cover until opening 5 to 8 minutes. Shake the skillet.
- Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with juice.
