Ingredients
- Quinoa (rinsed)
- Water
- Lemon (zest + juice)
- Parsley and chives (chopped)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook quinoa for 15 minutes covered. Let the water absorb.
- Mix with zest, juice, herbs and oil.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
