Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Green Beans (cooked al dente)
- Hard-Boiled Eggs
- Tuna in Water
- Black Olives from Nice
- Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- Olive Oil and Lemon Juice (vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Cook beans and eggs. Chill.
- Arrange vegetables, crumbled tuna, cut eggs, olives.
- Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon at serving.
