Ingredients
- Quinoa (dry)
- Zucchini
- Red Bell Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Feta (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Chill.
- Grill sliced vegetables in a pan or on the barbecue.
- Mix with quinoa, lemon, oil. Add feta if desired.
