Ingredients
- Persil finely chopped
- Cherry tomatoes (diced)
- Fine bulgur
- Fresh mint
- New onion
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak the bulgur in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain.
- Mix parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, and bulgur.
- Season with oil, lemon, salt. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
