Ingredients
- Frozen Bananas
- Frozen Mixed Berries
- Greek Yogurt
- Milk (adjust to taste)
- Granola
- Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add the frozen bananas, red fruit, and Greek yogurt to the blender or food processor bowl.
- Mix until a smooth and thick texture, similar to sorbet, is achieved. Add a little milk if needed to help the mixture form without making it too liquid.
- Pour the preparation into a bowl.
- Garnish with granola, chia seeds, and, if desired, some fresh fruit before serving immediately.
