Ingredients
- Roasted beets
- White cabbage (shredded)
- Potato
- Beef broth
- Red wine vinegar
- Garlic
- Fresh dill
Instructions
- Grate or cut the beets into julienne strips. Cook the potatoes in cubes in the broth.
- Add cabbage and beets. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Finish with vinegar, garlic. Serve with dill and yogurt.
