Mature tomatoes, bell pepper and cucumber mixed raw: the cold summer soup.
Ingredients
- Ripe Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Green Bell Pepper
- Garlic Clove
- Xérès Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Ice Water
Instructions
- Mix all the vegetables with garlic, vinegar, oil, and salt.
- Add water to lighten. Strain through a cheesecloth if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving chilled.
