Ingredients
- Canned White Beans
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Celery Stalks
- Tomato Coulis
- Small Pasta Shells
- Vegetable Broth
- Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables in a brunoise. Add tomatoes and broth. Let simmer for 25 minutes.
- Add beans and pasta. Cook al dente.
- Serve with basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
