Ingredients
- Fish Stock Mix
- Diced Tomatoes
- Onion
- Fennel
- Garlic
- Dry White Wine
- Water or Fish Fumet
- Saffron
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables. Add tomatoes, wine, and water. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add fish pieces. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove large bones if necessary.
- Mash partially or leave rustic. Add saffron at end of cooking.
