- Sugar
- Spoon cookies
- Strong coffee (warm)
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar. Add mascarpone.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold gently.
- Dip the cookies in liquid. Alternate layers. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Dust with cocoa powder.
